FEES WE CHARGE
Setup Fee: Covers initial design and plan/trust documents
Annual Fee: Covers annual administration
The first year plan fee is the sum of the Setup Fee and the Annual Fee.
PBGC Fee: If your defined benefit plan is covered by the PBGC, premiums payable to this government agency are billed separately.
We automatically apply for Form 5500 series extensions on behalf of all our clients’ plans for no additional fee.

Preparation of plan and trust documents, including Summary Plan Description (SPD)
Setup on our systems
Early in year – Actuarial Valuation, contribution calculations, and AFTAP Certification
Year end work – census and trust reconciliation; employee statements; preparation of government reports including SAR/AFN, Form 5500-EZ or Form 5500-SF, and Schedule SB form
PBGC premium filing, if applicable
